  All OHN provider sites and vendors have access to a unique web-based MS Sharepoint portal. The portals hold all contracts, forms, supporting documentation, notes, contact information and much more and allow review and approval of invoices. OHN staff provides the management of facilitating and tracking the invoicing system allowing vendors to receive the FCC RHCPP reimbursement—all while providing customer service and support on both the provider and vendor side. We work as a liaison between our customer (provider sites and vendors) and the administrators of the RHCPP ensuring that each person that touches OHN is getting the best possible experience.
