ORIENTATIONS

At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to our customer. To create an easy, seamless process and answer participant questions of the RHCPP process, we have created a 5-part webinar series. The helfpul presentations cover everything from an overview of OHN; using your connection; your web-based site portal; your Network Operations Center (NOC) and useful reports; preparing for installation; working with your vendors; processing and approving invoices electronically; and much more.

We are scheduling more webinars in the coming future.   • ORIENTATION 1: Welcome to OHN!

    Overview of OHN and our key value and benefits of membership and participation; overview of the FCC Rural Health Care Pilot Program including the breakdown of the 5 key steps from beginning to completion; and 30k foot overview of actual "network".

  • ORIENTATION 2: Contracts, Participation & Implementation

    Review the next steps required for your organization, vendors and OHN as the RHCPP bid process has been completed and the contract phase begins.

    • Administrative staff
    • All staff that will be responsible for this phase of the program.

  • ORIENTATION 3: Go-Live

    Review Network Operations Center (NOC) services/reporting as well as the OHN Participation Agreement Addendum; Learn how to work with OHN staff to submit a quarterly report on the benefits/use of your new connection to the FCC.

  • ORIENTATION 4: Invoicing & Billing

    This is a one-on-one training session with Deb Galiel, Associate Project Coordinator. Please dgaliel [at] oregonhealthnet [dot] org (email Deb) to set up a time for this training. This presentation will review the highly detailed and interdependent FCC invoicing process and how to review and approve vendor invoices for RHCPP reimbursement.

  • ORIENTATION 5: Network Operations Center and OHN Portal System

    Learn about useful reports generated by the OHN Network Operations Center, troubleshooting and submitting trouble tickets, using your web-based site portal for reviewing and processing invoices electronically, the Network Monitoring System (NMS), and what's next.
