The Oregon Health Network is paving the way on the state’s first and only statewide health care highway which is designed to serve ALL providers who play any role in the delivery of care – not only just within Oregon, but ultimately at a national level.  Integrated patient-centered care requires it.  From physicians, nurses and allied health educators to the payers that process claims, to public health departments and clinics, OHN is designed to serve the entire continuum of care.

Thanks to community support, we’ve been able to accomplish a great deal in developing one of our country’s first statewide health care networks in a very short period of time (and with limited resources). Therefore, we’re very proud of having our efforts recognized and formally supported by the Governor and full Oregon delegation – and a growing wide variety of non-profit, government and industry partners nationwide.

The health care delivery system is expansive, therefore we’ve only highlighted the general provider types to provide the general context for who we can and should include in the network.
