Through continous customer and stakeholder outreak, OHN will continue to work and modify our role and services offering to help  our membership successfully and collectively serve the Triple Aim goals of CMS:

1. Improve patient outcomes/experience
2. Improve population health
3. Reduce costs

The latest and greatest of technology advancements will of course come and go, but what are the core services and resources that our entire membership needs to achieve "success"? That's not just the board and staff's challenge here at OHN. It's yours as our membership base as well.

As a convener and supporter of robust health information technology, exchange, use and best practices - OHN will continue to identify, vet and ultimately identify future OHN hosted solutions that meet the greatest need, and that we as Oregon's only state wide health care network are in the best and most unique position of providing well.
