OHN Fees

Oregon Health Network is a 501c3 membership organization that has been designed and deployed to be Oregon’s (and one of our country’s)  first and only statewide health care networks. While OHN has been fortunate to have been given start up and FCC RHCPP matching fund support from a variety of state agencies and health care community investments, our goal has always been to become financially independent – not requiring ongoing state or federal funding. Instead, through annual participation fees , hosted services and sponsorship, and running as lean as possible, OHN is well on its way to be 100% self-funded by 2014.

FCC RHCPP Recipients Pricing

For those participants who have benefitted from the FCC RHCPP subsidy, we developed a unique pricing model that was based upon the type of provider, as well as the amount of subsidy (and state grant matching funds) the participants benefitted from.

Standard Participant Pricing

At the close/sunset of the FCC RHCPP, OHN is now actively reaching out to the rest of the health care/education community members who have not or will not benefit from the FCC RHCPP. The price structure below is designed for the Standard OHN Participant (through June 2014) – complete with a “ceiling and floor” to make sure that participants can budget and manage costs effectively.

Robust health information technology that requires  robust connectivity is the only effective means for providers and communities to serve the Triple Aim goals of CMS (improve patient outcomes, improve population health and reduce costs). OHN ‘s model is designed both provide the funding necessary to support our core role in the expanding HIT and integrated care models, but to do so at a reasonable cost.
